Terms & Conditions

  • Scrubbin' Buckles provides cleaning services for car seats. All services must be booked in advance according to availability. Every car seat will be cleaned strictly following each car seat manufacturer's cleaning guidelines, using non-toxic cleaning products only. If unable to determine the manufacturer's cleaning guidelines, Scrubbin' Buckles reserves the right to use the cleaning guidelines used for Graco car seats.

    All car seats will be picked up and transported to be evaluated and inspected prior to starting any services. A full inspection is completed by a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) before any cleaning services are started. We inspect every car seat for:

    -Mold or mildew

    -Expired car seat

    -Broken/damaged foam

    -Broken/damaged structural components

    -Recalls

    If any of the conditions above are found during the inspection or cleaning process, you will be notified immediately, services will be discontinued, and your car seat will be returned. All car seats found to have any of the conditions listed above are unsafe and should not be in use until you contact the manufacturer for further instructions.

  • If any car seat is found to have any of the conditions listed in the above section, the cleaning service charge will be refunded, excluding a $30 non-refundable inspection fee.

    Please provide at least a 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. For cancellations with less than a 24 hour’s notice, you will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.

    All car seats must be placed on your porch or handed directly to us by the scheduled appointment time. Scrubbin' Buckles reserves the right to leave your pickup location if car seat is not provided within a 15 minute waiting period from your scheduled pickup time. This will be considered a "no-show" and the full fee of the service booked will be charged.

  • Travel fees include pickup & drop-off to the address provided when booking. Travel Fees are calculated from Eagle Point Elementary.

    0-5 Miles: $5

    5-10 Miles: $10

    10-15 Miles: $20

  • Payment will be via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or Apple Pay. Final price will be confirmed once travel fees are calculated when appointment is booked. Payment is due once travel fees are calculated. Late cancellation or no-show fees are due at time of occurrence.

  • All car seat cleaning services are done following each manufacturer's approved cleaning methods. Every product used to clean is non-toxic. Please note we will try our best to remove any stains and odors on your car seat, but unfortunately some are unable to be removed safely using the approved cleaning methods by the manufacturer.

    Scrubbin' Buckles is unable to provide services to:

    -Damaged car seats

    -Expired car seats

    -Car seats under recall

    -Car seats with mold or mildew

    -Car seat involved in a motor vehicle collision

    It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Scrubbin' Buckles of any of the conditions listed above.

  • If your item has any biohazardous materials (vomit, urine, feces, blood), you are responsible to disclose this information at time of booking. An Add-On Biohazard Fee of $45 will need to be selected at time of booking. Scrubbin' Buckles reserves the right to refuse services entirely if biohazardous materials are found without being disclosed.

  • Turnaround time is 12-24 hours unless stated otherwise. Scrubbin' Buckles cannot guarantee that the turnaround time will always be met due to unforeseen circumstances (Natural disasters, power outages, weather, illness, etc.). If there are any delays in the service provided, you will be notified

  • Scrubbin' Buckles reserves the right to refuse service for any items that are damaged, contain mold or mildew, under any recall, car seats with biohazardous materials that were not disclosed, car seats involved in a motor vehicle collision, in unsanitary condition, or pose any threat to the health, safety or wellbeing of the employees at Scrubbin' Buckles. We also have the right to refuse services for multiple late cancellations, non-payment, or abusive behavior towards the employees at Scrubbin' Buckles.

  • Scrubbin' Buckles follows all manufacturer guidelines when cleaning each car seat. If we are unable to determine the manufacturer's cleaning guidelines, Scrubbin' Buckles reserves the right to use the cleaning guidelines used for Graco car seats. Each car seat will be handled with care throughout the entirety of the service, however, we are not liable for any damage, malfunction, injury, or death that may occur following the cleaning service in the event of a motor vehicle collision. It is the responsibility of the customer that every car seat is installed correctly after our provided service according to the instructions for the car seat and vehicle's manual. If the customer has any questions or concerns regarding installation, refer to the car seat and vehicle's manual for guidance or contact the manufacturer. Scrubbin' Buckles does not provide a warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided. Scrubbin' Buckle's limit of liability under this agreement is the amount paid to Scrubbin' Buckles for the car seat cleaning service. By booking a service with Scrubbin' Buckles, you confirm you are the owner of the car seat(s) and agree to release and forever discharge Scrubbin' Buckles LLC from all legal or civil claims, causes of action, damages, or liabilities known or unknown arising from or related to our services.

  • By booking a service with Scrubbin' Buckles, you grant permission to take before/after photos and videos. Customer name or any identifiable information will not be shown. If you would not like your items to be used for media purposes, please notify us in writing at time of booking.
